As a growing brewery one of the most frustrating elements is how to push more volume to maximize profitability within the taproom.
When we began as a nano brewery we were limited on several fronts:
Output potential
Storage Capacity
Tap Space
The goal for every brewery is to maximize output and take over your tap space for top profitability. I recommend between 10-20 taps for any new brewery starting out simply because you need to be able to house that much volume for a substantial profit.
